What should I do if I was charged twice for the same payment?

This occurrence is quite uncommon, as we update the tax data immediately after successfull payment. However If you notice a duplicate charge, first check your transaction history and confirm both entries reflect successful payments. Then contact us or your bank with both transaction IDs. We will investigate and reverse the extra charge if it's confirmed.
